Description

Technical indicators

  • Appearance: light yellow to milky white oil or paste
  • pH value: 5.5~7.5 (1% aqueous solution)
  • Cloud point: >100℃ (1% aqueous solution)
  • Penetration: ≤5 seconds (1% aqueous solution)

Performance and application

  1. Easily soluble in water, with excellent penetration performance, no turbidity at high temperature, and still maintains good penetration.
  2. As a penetrant in the textile printing and dyeing industry, it can be used in sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, carbonization, printing, dyeing and other processes
  3. It can be used as a penetrant in the leather industry and also as a degreasing agent.
  4. It has strong washing ability, especially at high temperature, it is better than conventional JFC, easy to wash away various oil stains and has a soft feel.

Packaging and storage

Packaged in 200Kg iron barrels and 50Kg plastic barrels. Store and transport as general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is two years.
