Performance and Applications
SG-6:
- Disperses in water, providing good softness and lubricity.
- Used in synthetic fiber industry as a component of fiber spinning oil agents, improving anti-static and lubricating properties. Acts as a softener during fabric weaving, reducing breakage and enhancing fabric feel.
- In cosmetics, used as an emulsifier at concentrations of 1-3%.
SG-9, SG-10, SG-12:
- Disperses in water, exhibiting good emulsification and cleansing efficacy.
- Used in cosmetics, ointments, and shoe creams as emulsifiers with thickening properties.
- In textile industry, used as emulsifiers and oil agents for synthetic fiber finishing, providing softness and anti-static properties.
- Also used as thickeners and stabilizers in starch coatings for paper.
SG-20, SG-40, SG-50, SG-100:
- Soluble in alcohols and water, disperses in water, stable in various electrolytes, with good emulsification, softening, and anti-static properties.
- Used in textile industry as softeners and anti-static agents, in cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical industries as emulsifiers and solubilizers.
- Applied in industries such as paperboard, construction boards, and waterproof wax emulsions.
Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: 200kg iron drums, 50kg plastic drums.
- Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources.
- Shelf Life: 2 years under proper storage conditions.
