Properties and Applications:

EL-10, EL12, EL-20, HEL-20

1. Soluble in most organic solvents, dispersed in water, with excellent emulsification and diffusion properties.
2. In the textile industry, it is used as the main component of synthetic fiber spinning oil such as polyester, polyacrylonitrile, polyvinyl alcohol, etc. It has emulsification and antistatic effects, can make the sizing soft and smooth, and reduce broken ends; it can be used as a softening and smoothing agent in chemical fiber slurry, and can eliminate the foam in the synthetic slurry liquid; HEL-20 also has the characteristics of low coking at high temperature.
3. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is used as an emulsifier for the manufacture of liniments, creams, emulsions, etc.
4. It can be used as an emulsifier for pesticides, emulsion polymerization emulsifiers, and used to prepare water-soluble metal cutting fluids and household detergents.

EL-30, EL-40, HEL-40

1. Easily soluble in water, fatty acids or other organic solvents, with excellent emulsification properties
2. As an emulsifier in ink and pharmaceutical industries.
3. It can be used as an emulsifier for organophosphorus pesticides.
4. As an o/w emulsifier, it is used for the emulsification of various plant, animal and mineral oils.
5. EL-40 is used as a component of wool and wool oil and chemical fiber oil in the textile industry. It has both emulsification and antistatic effects. It is better to mix it with other antistatic agents. It can also be used to prepare slurry to eliminate foam in synthetic slurry. EL-40 has excellent diffusion and protective colloid effects. It is used as a monomer of wool oil in the wool textile industry. It is easy to wash off and has good hard water resistance.
6. It is used as a crude oil dehydrating agent in oil fields.
7. It is used in the metal processing industry to prepare water-soluble metal cutting fluids.
8. HEL-40 can be used as a pharmaceutical grade solubilizer.

EL-60

1. This product is an o/w emulsifier.
2. It can be used as a component of chemical fiber oil and wool oil.
3. Pesticide emulsifier.
4. Demulsifier for crude oil dehydration.
5. Emulsifier for ink and printing paste.
6. Emulsifier for various plant, animal and mineral oils.
7. Used as emulsifier, fat enriching agent and moisturizer in cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
8. Used to make shampoo foam bath, skin care products, pharmaceuticals, etc.
9. Used to prepare metal cutting fluid in metal processing industry.

EL-80

1. Easily soluble in water, soluble in fatty acids and other organic solvents, with unique emulsifying properties.
2. As one of the components of chemical fiber oil agent such as acrylic fiber, vinylon and polypropylene in textile industry, it has antistatic and emulsifying effects, which not only increases the smoothness and softness of fibers, but also eliminates the influence of static electricity, which is beneficial to warp yarn splitting, clear opening and easy weaving.

EL-90

1. Easily soluble in water and most organic solvents, with excellent emulsification, leveling, diffusion, solubilization and lubrication properties.
2. In the printing and dyeing industry, it is used as a leveling agent and diffusing agent; this product has a unique emulsifying ability for mineral oil. In the wool textile industry, it is used as an emulsifier to produce wool and wool oil that can prevent rancidity; it can also be used as a crude oil dehydration demulsifier to reduce the oil content of sewage, and can also be used to prepare water-soluble metal cutting fluids.

Packaging and Storage: Packaged in 200kg iron drums or 50kg plastic drums. Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life of two years.
