Properties and Applications:
O-3 and O-5 Easily soluble in oils and organic solvents. Used as W/O type emulsifiers, synthetic fiber softeners, and silk post-processing agents.
O-8, O-9, O-10, O-15, O-20, O-30 Easily soluble in water and organic solvents, stable in acids, bases, and hard water. Possess excellent wetting, emulsifying, and cleansing properties.
O-8 and O-9 Used as leveling agents and retarders in the dyeing industry, emulsifiers in the glass fiber industry, components of synthetic fiber spinning oils, emulsifiers in cosmetics and ointment production, and for formulating household and industrial cleaners.
O-10 Used in the synthetic fiber industry as a component of various spinning oils, providing good spinnability; in general industries as an emulsifier, offering excellent emulsification of animal, vegetable, and mineral oils, resulting in very stable emulsions; also used in formulating household detergents, industrial cleaners, and metal cleaners; in the textile industry as a wetting agent; and in the pesticide industry as an emulsifier component.
O-15 Offers good scouring properties; used as a leveling and retarding agent in the dyeing industry, enhancing color fastness and vibrant coloring; used as a cleaner in metal processing, easily removing surface oil stains, facilitating subsequent processing steps; and in general industries as an emulsifier, producing very stable emulsions.
O-20 Provides diffusion, leveling, wetting, and foaming properties, with good affinity for direct and vat dyes; used as leveling agents, diffusers, stripping agents, retarders, semi-resist agents, anti-whitening agents, and brightening agents for various dyes in the textile industry; exhibits unique emulsifying properties for stearic acid, paraffin, and mineral oils, used as an emulsifier in the latex industry, polymer emulsion polymerization reactions, and glass fiber lubricants; effectively removes dye decomposition dirt on fabrics, reducing static effects on fabrics; used as a component of spinning oils for synthetic fibers like polyester; in chemical production, used as raw materials for paint slurry A, adhesive FD, and rubber BA; also used as raw wool detergent and fruit tree pesticide penetrant.
O-30 Can be mixed with various surfactants, providing good dispersing and emulsifying properties, used as leveling agents and retarders in the dyeing industry, emulsifiers for glass fiber, and industrial cleaners.
Packaging and Storage
Packaged in 200kg iron drums or 50kg plastic drums. This series of products are ordinary chemicals, non-flammable, stored and transported as general chemicals. Store in a dry, ventilated place. Shelf life is two years.
