Properties and Applications:

In the dyeing industry Widely used as a leveling agent for direct, vat, acid, disperse, and cationic dyes. It can also be used as a dispersant and stripping agent. Typically used at 0.2~1g/L, it provides excellent results, enhancing dye fastness and ensuring vibrant and uniform coloring. It can also remove dirt from dyes dispersed on fabrics, enhance the cleaning power of ABS-Na synthetic detergents, and reduce static effects on fabrics.

In metal processing Used as a cleaning agent, particularly effective at removing surface oil, facilitating subsequent processing steps. It can also be used as a solubilizer (brightener).

In the glass fiber industry Used as an emulsifier to produce fine and uniform lubricating oil emulsions, reducing the breakage rate of glass fibers and preventing fuzzing.

In general industries Used as an O/W emulsifier, providing excellent emulsification for animal, vegetable, and mineral oils, producing stable emulsions. Examples include being a component of spinning oils for synthetic fibers like polyester, an emulsifier in the latex industry and petroleum drilling fluids, and emulsifying stearic acid, paraffin, and mineral oils. It is also an emulsifier for polymer emulsion polymerization.

In agriculture Used as a seed soaking penetrant, improving pesticide penetration and seed germination rates.

Package and Storage:

Packaged in 20kg woven bags. This product is an ordinary chemical, non-flammable, and should be stored and transported as general chemicals. Store in a dry, ventilated place. Shelf life is two years.
