- Total tertiary amine value difference: ≤5 mg KOH/g
Performance and characteristics
- It is non-ionic in alkaline and neutral media and cationic in acidic media. It has excellent emulsification and leveling properties. It is relatively stable to acid, alkali and hard water. It can be mixed with other ionic active substances in alkaline and neutral solutions.
- As a leveling agent in wool, linen, silk and synthetic fibers, increasing the concentration will make it an ideal stripping agent.
- As a leveling agent for acid complex dyes, it can reduce the amount of sulfuric acid in the dye bath and reduce the strong damage to the fabric.
- As a leveling agent for neutral dyes and vat dyes.
- As a stripping agent for wool and nylon fabrics, used for stripping and leveling dyeing of wool, it can improve the appearance of the fabric, and improve the abrasion fastness of the fabric in the dyeing and printing of ice dyes.
Packaging and storage
Packaged in 50Kg plastic barrels. Store and transport as general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is two years.
