Properties and Applications:
Water Dispersibility and Solubility: This series of products is easily dispersible or soluble in water, with excellent wetting, penetrating, and emulsifying properties. Adding a small amount to pre-treatment formulations can achieve excellent refining results.
Textile and Leather Industries: Used as a component in degreasing agents, cleaning agents, emulsifiers, and refining agents.
Silicone Emulsification: Particularly effective in emulsifying amino silicone oil and dimethyl silicone oil, enhancing post-application efficiency. Compared to general silicone oil emulsifiers, it requires less product, provides more stable emulsions, and has strong penetrating power, allowing it to infiltrate fibers for a superior soft hand feel.
Metal Processing and Cleaning: Used as an auxiliary in metal processing, multi-functional detergents, decontamination solubilizers, household care cleaners, vehicle and public facility cleaners, and ultrasonic cleaning agents.
Eco-friendly: This product does not contain benzene ring structures, making the resulting products a new generation of environmentally friendly products.
Convenient Concentration: Formulating this product to an 80-90% concentration results in a uniform fluid that is easier to use and more effective.
Packaging and Storage:
Packaged in 200kg iron drums or 50kg plastic drums. This series of products is non-toxic, non-flammable, and should be stored and transported as general chemicals. Store in a dry, ventilated place. Shelf life is two years.
