Properties and Applications

T-20

1. Easily soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, etc., insoluble in animal and mineral oils. Possesses emulsifying, dispersing, solubilizing, and stabilizing properties.
2. Harmless and non-irritating to humans, primarily used in the food industry for the production of cakes, ice cream, shortening, etc.
3. Also used as an emulsifier for mineral oil, solvent for dyes, emulsifier for cosmetics, stabilizer for foam plastics, and emulsifier, dispersant, and stabilizer for pharmaceuticals, as well as an auxiliary agent for photographic emulsions.

T-40

1. Easily soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, etc., insoluble in animal and mineral oils. Used as an O/W emulsifier, solubilizer, stabilizer, dispersant, antistatic agent, and lubricant.

T-60

1. Easily soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, etc., insoluble in animal and mineral oils. Excellent emulsifying properties, also acts as a wetting agent, foaming agent, and dispersant.
2. Used as an O/W emulsifier, dispersant, and stabilizer in the production of food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and water-based coatings.
3. In the textile industry, used as a softener and antistatic agent. It is a component of polypropylene spinning oils and a softener for fiber post-processing, eliminating static electricity, improving softness, and providing good dyeing properties to fibers.

T-80

1. Easily soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, insoluble in mineral oils. Used as an emulsifier, dispersant, wetting agent, solubilizer, and stabilizer in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries.
2. In polyurethane foam production, used as a stabilizer and auxiliary foaming agent. In synthetic fibers, used as an antistatic agent and intermediate of chemical fiber oils. In the production of photosensitive materials for film, used as a wetting agent and dispersant. During fabric waterproofing processes, emulsifies silicone oil effectively. Also used in nylon and viscose tire cord oil as an oil agent and water-soluble emulsifier, often mixed with S-80.
3. Used as an oil field emulsifier, paraffin inhibitor, heavy oil wetting agent, drag reducer, near-wellbore treatment agent. Also used to formulate lubricating coolants for precision machine tools, etc.

Packaging and Storage

• Packaged in 200Kg iron drums or 50Kg plastic drums.
• Store and transport as general chemicals.
• Store in a dry, ventilated place.
• Shelf life of two years.
