Performance and Applications
OP-4, OP-7:
- Easily soluble in oils and other organic solvents, disperses in water, excellent emulsification properties.
- Used as W/O emulsifiers in general industry.
- Applied in textile and metal processing as cleaning agents, polyacrylonitrile soap boiling agents, cationic dye levelling agents, and as antistatic agents for plastic conveyor belts.
OP-9, OP-10:
- Soluble in water, resistant to acid, alkali, salt, and hard water.
- Exhibits good emulsification, leveling, wetting, dispersing, and cleaning properties.
- Used as leveling and dispersing agents in dyeing and printing processes, as defoamers in crude oil and fuel oil emulsification, as surfactants in butylbenzene latex and emulsion polymerization, and as lubricants and emulsifiers in glass fiber textile and cosmetics industries.
OP-13, OP-15, OP-20, OP-30, OP-40, OP-50:
- Soluble in water, resistant to acid, alkali, salt, and hard water.
- Exhibits good emulsification, wetting, dispersing, and solubilizing properties.
- Used as emulsifiers in oilfield emulsions, solubilizers, preservatives, demulsifiers, stabilizers for synthetic latex, high-concentration electrolyte wetting agents, and emulsifiers in cosmetics.
Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: 200kg iron drums, 50kg plastic drums.
- Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources.
- Shelf Life: 2 years under proper storage conditions.
