Performance and Applications

A-103, A-105:

• Dispersion in water, soluble in hot ethanol, hot oil, benzene, and xylene, widely used as W/O emulsifiers.
• Used in textiles as lubricants (oil-soluble emulsifiers for mineral oil, vegetable oil, and solvent), antistatic agents for synthetic fiber production and processing, with good compatibility.
• In leather processing, used as softeners and lubricants.
• In ink manufacturing, used as emulsifiers. Adding this product during pigment oil preparation for ink manufacturing facilitates rapid emulsification of fats, aiding in kneading and refining, enhancing the gloss and lubricity of ink products.
• In metal processing, used as emulsifiers for cutting oils, metal cleaning agents, and dispersants for detergent solvents.
• In pesticides, used as emulsifiers for insecticides.

A-110, A-115:

• Dispersion in water, forming white emulsions, easily soluble in mineral oil, and soluble in benzene, exhibiting good emulsification, wetting, antistatic, plasticizing, and rustproof properties.
• Used in textile industry as specialty detergents and dyeing auxiliaries; in leather processing, used as emulsifiers for hoof oil; in coatings and printing industries, used as pigment and ink grinding aids; in papermaking, used as paper re-lubricants; in rubber industry, used as dispersants; in plastics industry, used as plasticizers; also used as emulsifiers for pesticides, glass, and paraffin.

Packaging and Storage

• Packaging: 200kg iron drums, 50kg plastic drums.
• Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources.
• Shelf Life: 2 years under proper storage conditions.
