Performance and characteristics

This product has affinity for both dyes and fibers, and is suitable for dyeing with reactive dyes for wool. If the wool reactive dyes of Hostalan produced by Hoechst of Germany are used for dyeing, the color fixation rate, various color fastness and leveling performance after using this product are the same as those of Hoechst’s leveling agent Eganol GES, and it can be used in Lanasol, Verotix and cotton reactive dyes for dyeing wool, which can improve the dyeability. It has excellent leveling effect in mordant dyes, weak acid dyes, neutral dyes and metal complex dyes.

Application

1. When dyeing with wool reactive dyes, the dosage of this leveling agent is 1.5% (o.w.f), and ammonium sulfate is the best buffer;
2. When dyeing with mordant dyes, the dosage of this leveling agent is 0.3~0.5% (o.w.f);
3. When dyeing with weak acid dyes, the dosage of this leveling agent is 0.5~0.7% (o.w.f);
4. When dyeing with 1:1 metal complex dyes, the dosage of sulfuric acid can be reduced by about 50%, and the dosage of this leveling agent is 1.5% (o.w.f);
5. When dyeing with 1:2 metal complex dyes, the dosage of this leveling agent is 1% (o.w.f).

Packaging and storage

50Kg plastic barrel packaging. Storage and transportation as general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is one year.
