Key Advantages

  • Excellent Resin Compatibility: Good solvency for polyamide, polyurethane, acrylic and vinyl resins, improves pigment dispersion and avoids system precipitation.
  • Controllable Slow Volatility: Extends open time of ink systems, effectively prevents screen blocking, skinning and stringing during high-speed printing.
  • Auxiliary Plasticizing Performance: Improves flexibility of cured film, inhibits cracking when printed on flexible substrates such as PVC and PE films.
  • Low Odor & Good Thermal Stability: Mild ester odor, resistant to yellowing under heating and drying conditions.

Applications

l Printing Inks: Slow co-solvent for solvent-based screen ink, gravure packaging ink, PVC plastic ink and marking ink.

l Coating Industry: Flow modifier, leveling agent and auxiliary plasticizer for surface coatings and plastic coatings.

l Plastic Processing: Plasticizer and lubricant for PVC plastisol and synthetic leather formulations.

l Adhesives: Compatibility improver for solvent-based adhesive systems.
