Performance and application
As a multifunctional emulsifier and stabilizer in emulsion polymerization, it can be widely used in the emulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate, acrylic acid, styrene and styrene/butadiene with various monomers. It has the following advantages:
- Excellent wetting, dispersing and emulsifying ability
- Good emulsifier for aromatic solvents
- Detergent under neutral or slightly alkaline conditions
