Properties and Applications:

PPG series dissolve in solvents such as toluene, ethanol, and trichloroethylene. PPG-200, 400, 600 are soluble in water and possess lubricating, solubilizing, defoaming, and antistatic properties. PPG-200 can be used as a dispersant for pigments.

In cosmetics, PPG-400 serves as an emollient, softener, and lubricant.

Used as antifoaming agents in coatings and hydraulic oils, and as defoamers in synthetic rubber and latex processing. Also used as refrigerants and coolants in heat transfer fluids, and viscosity modifiers.

Intermediate for esterification, etherification, and condensation reactions.

Used as release agents, solubilizers, and additives for synthetic oils. Also used in water-soluble cutting fluids, rolling oils, and hydraulic oils as additives, high-temperature lubricants, internal and external lubricants for rubber.

PPG-2000 to 8000 exhibit excellent lubricating, antifoaming, and heat and freeze resistance properties.

PPG-3000 to 8000 are primarily used as components of polyether polyols for producing polyurethane foam plastics.

PPG-3000 to 8000 can be directly used or esterified to produce plasticizers and lubricants.

Used as base materials in daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and oils.

Packaging and Storage: Packaged in 200kg iron drums or 50kg plastic drums. These products are general chemicals, non-flammable, and should be stored and transported according to standard chemical handling practices. Store in a dry and ventilated place with a shelf life of two years.
