Description

This product is soluble in hot water and general organic solvents, has good emulsification and lubrication properties, and has a good emulsification effect on palm wax.

[Application]

Add the emulsifier to the palm wax, mix and heat to melt, the emulsifier dosage is 25% of the palm wax, pour 80~90℃ hot water into the mixture and stir evenly, keep warm for 20~30 minutes, and cool to form a concentrated emulsion with blue light. The solid content of general wax emulsion is 20~30%. (For reference)

 

[Packaging and storage]

Packaged in 200Kg iron barrels and 50Kg plastic barrels. Stored and transported as general chemicals. Stored in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is two years.
