Performance and application

1. Easily soluble in water, the solution is milky white, not resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, heavy metal salts and reducing agents, penetrates quickly and evenly, and has good wetting, penetration, emulsification and foaming properties. The penetration effect is good below 40℃, and it is easy to hydrolyze when encountering alkali at high temperature. It is suitable to treat the fabric with the penetrant before heating it below 40℃. Penetrant T is not resistant to strong alkali and cannot be added directly to concentrated alkali solution. The alkali solution should be diluted before adding penetrant T.
2. This product is a high-efficiency penetrant, used to treat cotton, linen, viscose and their blended products. The treated fabrics can be directly bleached or dyed without scouring, which can improve the dyeing defects caused by dead cotton. The fabrics after printing and dyeing feel softer and fuller. When scouring and bleaching the raw material, the dye should be completely removed first to ensure the penetration effect.
3. If too much foam is found when using penetrant T, a small amount of defoamer, GP or octanol, tributyl phosphate, etc. can be added to defoam.
4. Used for dyeing raw cotton; used for pesticide wettable powder.

Packaging and storage and transportation

Packaged in 200Kg/50Kg plastic barrels. Store and transport as general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is two years.
