Performance and Features
FAG470 is an efficient and stable silicone defoaming emulsion produced by introducing a complete set of production equipment, raw materials and formulas from the United States Union Carbide Corporation (UCC). Its quality is equivalent to that of imported SAG470. It is widely used in textile printing and dyeing, medical, pesticides, wastewater treatment, Defoaming and suppressing foam in chemical and other production processes. In terms of knitting printing and dyeing, the defoaming performance is the same as that of American DC544, and the price is only 1/5 to 1/6 of DC544, with significant economic benefits.
Application
- Defoaming: After the foam is formed, add FAG470 and stir to defoam immediately.
- Foam suppression: Before foam is formed, add FAG470 to suppress foam.
- Dosage: 5~100ppm.
- Usage: FAG470 can be added directly according to the dosage, or it can be diluted with water before use, and then added with water.
- Operating temperature: ≤100℃
Packaging, Storage and Transportation Packed in 20Kg, 50Kg plastic drums. Store and transport as general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is six months.
