Applications
Chitosan Nitrate demonstrates superior electrorheological behavior compared to regular chitosan, making it suitable as a novel ER (electrorheological) material for smart-response systems. It is also applicable in intermediate raw materials, food additives, biological excipients, personal care products, and agriculture.
